we have an old original bronze Statue signed Kowalczewski. it stands for Karl Kowalczewski from the late 18th, early 19th century. The former owner of this statue told me that marke with "VRAIS BRONCE DEPOSE" shows the authenticity from this time. A little bit dust can see at the picture, for example in the eyes. I think the purchaser can clean all this cause i want let it in the old state like i get this one. The sword is little bent and in the clutch stuck, the marble base is light used Karl Kowalczewski, sculptor in Berlin, born in 1876 in Schwarzenau. Academy of the pedagogic arts, in 1909 Rome price. It measures approximately 29cm/ 10" tall and is beautyful designed with a black marble-base It truely is a stunning piece that would look wonderful w ever it is displayed.
