Brown Palace Hotel Teapot made by Hall China with date code of 186. Cream colored china with dark Brown logo. Some signs of use on the side glaze but NO cracks. T are several minor chips in the foot of the base that do not show unless you turn it upside down and look at the bottom. T are several very small chips on the foot of the lid and some age stains. These chips do not show either because they are so small and inside the teapot. Teapot is 6 inches from spout to end of handle and 2 and 5/8th inches wide by 4 and 1/4 inches high. Logo or hallmark on both sides. A very impressive piece. I find it easier to describe anything that could be complained about later. The Brown Palace Hotel is Denver's most elegant hotel. The summer White House for President Eisenhower and The Denver and Rio Grande Railroad used the Brown Palace for its out of town Board of Director's during the 1950's and 1960's.
