GIRL SCOUT USA-- USED BROWNIE SCOUT CUT OUT PAPER DOLL WITH REAL HAIR SET IN ORIGINAL BOX FROM 1951. This is a used set of Brownie Girl Scout Paper Doll with uniforms. This set was the first paper doll set produced by the Girl Scouts in 1951. It came in Intermediate and Brownie Scouts. The set features a cut out Brownie Girl Scout with real blond hair and is printed on both sides of the cardboard paper doll. The paper doll has the Patent number 2323522 printed on back. It has fold back tabs on bottom to allow it to stand upright. The set came with a number of 6" x 9" sheets with uniforms, pins, and flags of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. and of members of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. There are 5 pieces cut out and 23 whole sheets. These are printed in color and has the tabs for affixing to the paper doll. The cut out paper doll measures about 8 7/8" tall. The original box is printed in red/pink and blue on white. On the box is DE JOURNETTE MFG. CO., INC.,, ATLANTA,GEORGIA, MADE IN USA. The box measures about 6 7/16" wide by 10 1/4" high and is 5/8" thick. This Brownie Doll Set has been used but barely gently used. I think there is only one page cut.T hanks!
