This is a special ORIGINAL animation cel from my personal collection. I thoroughly enjoyed SUPERMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES and remember being excited when they incorporated JACK KIRBY'S Fourth World characters into the series. This is from the famed 3 part series "Apokolips Now" (one of Bruce Timm's personal favorites!) and features ORION of the New Gods. It is a standard size set up, measuring roughly 11 x 13 1/2. It comes with its photographic background, and has a gold-embossed WB seal dated 1999. This is obviously an older WB Studio Store piece that wasn't framed up before the stores closed. I believe the original episodes aired in 1997. This is a classic shot of Orion with a great background. These are difficult to find! I tried to photograph a close-up shot of Orion. It is beautifully hand-painted on the reverse side. This pieces comes with its certificate of authenticity. These normally sell for $450. I'm letting it go for less, obviously, so take advantage of a great bargain! I'm always sad to see pieces of my collection go. Thanks for looking!
