Greetings! This is a sculpture of a bird perched on a piece of wood by Norman Brumm. The bird is enamel over copper. The bottom of the piece of wood is stamped Brumm, and the underside of the bird is also signed Brumm. T does appear to be one minor point of damage on the underside of the beak. Other than that, the sculpture is in excellent condition. Norman Brumm is well known for his artistic works and his love of nature. Enamel fused on precious metals is one of his favorites, and is one of the most ancient art forms. Brumm lives and works in Charlevoix, Michigan, w he has a workshop and a gallery.
