This is a Skipper from my own collection. She is the Sample or Prototype first issue straight leg Skipper released in 1964 with the wider stance with higher arches and Japan long way on her foot; the slightly larger, more beautifully proportioned face; the softer matte finish hair with 2 rows of bangs; serial numbered legs; and number 2 torso. Her face paint is fabulous with no rubs. Her brunette hair is the lighter ash brown color and goes to her elbows. Her complexion is creamy and uniform across all body parts. Legs and arms are properly snug and hold poses. She has no ear holes, nips, greening, red dye transfer, or other stains to her clean body. Few if any scratches, but 1 is visible at the base of her neck on the left side. She does have small scars on her right hand shown in pictures 9 and 10. Brown painted scalp with no missing hair plugs but some thin ones as shown in picture 12, due to a previous owner having put her hair in a ponytail rubber band at some point. Beautiful hair.Skipper comes with her original swimsuit in excellent clean condition, her correct black stand, near mint pair of red Japan flats, and booklet shown. I will be listing another Skipper from my collection this week. She is the color magic two tone auburn brunette straight leg Skipper, and is complete with box and all original accessories.PayPal payment read more
