This is a rare Brunswick Console phonograph that contains the famous "Ultona" 3-way head. It plays Victor records, Pathe records and is the only phonograph (other than Edison) that plays the Edison records. The Ultona head swivels to position the correct needle for the type record to be played. The badge says "The Brunswick All Phonographs In One", Model T, Serial number 189826. The Ultona head was patented in 1917. I haven't found a listing of Brunswick serial numbers and can only guess this machine was made a few years later. Brunswick had previously made cabinets for Edison and other players but decided to make their own mechanism (and later Brunswick records) in order to further the Brunswick name. The cabinet is in good condition. The mechanism and Ultona head works as it should. The crank is located on the right end of the cabinet and the baffle (soft-loud) rod is located just back of the crank. The system comes with an instruction book (reproduction) as well as 1 Edison, 1 Pathe, 1 Brunswick and 1 Victor record. Someone has removed the dividers inside the left side door (see image) but the dividers are t if you want to re-install them. The top measures 42" long, 21-1/2" front to back. It is 34" tall. >>> Note: THE PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE <<< This sale is for local pick up only. Please email me if you need additional read more
