Offered here for sale : a fine, genuine antique circa 1912 Brush McCoy stoneware art pottery meat pounder /tenderizer with blue and white stenciled decoration and early wooden handle , very hard to find!SIZE : the pottery section measures about 3-3/4 inches tall by 3-1/2 inches wide across the wider end and about 2 inches across the smaller end. The wooden handle is about 8 inches long.CONDITION : Excellent, near original condition with only minor factory mold and glaze flaws, no damage found.AGE : probably made in the period between 1910 and 1920.OTHER DETAILS : Not sure if the wooden handle was attached at the factory or added later, but it is very old and has a vintage piece of cloth added that has been with it for decades..
