This auction is for a show piece done by SBR Etchings of Hope, Arkansas. and is a featured piece in their catalog. It is a "one of a kind " piece ....made to commororate the battle of "The Alamo ".... t is not another one like it. The art on this knife was not authorised by Buck Knives but rather was done by the artists at SBR Etchings to domonstrate the quaility of their work. The Custom Shop Bowie by Buck is simply one of many formats on which the artwork can be done. SBR can do this type of work on any knife, gun , wood, metal or material desired. SBR Etchings does custom etching for any type of special presentation or award piece that you may need. We also gold plate, silver plate, nickle plate and do high luster bluing. A combination of selective bluing with either gold or nickle makes a beautifull contrast adding richness and depth to the scene , bringing it to life.Since 1989 we are proud of our quality craftsmanship.
