We try very hard to describe our items as accurately as possible. In colder or hotter weather months with extreme temperatures changes can crack or break porcelain, pottery, ceramic and glass. Please bring the box inside and leave it unopened for at least an hour. All our items such as porcelain or glass are wrapped in new tissue paper and then wrapped again with new bubble wrap. When boxing sometimes we may include double boxing in any case all items are securely separated and protected. All items will be insured and are calculated in the shipping. We consider packing, materials, shipping, and mailing to be a part of our business. We do not justify extra costs to buyers because of our careful, secure packing. We consider this to be customer service. We are honest sellers and just want buyers to enjoy the items we find. Any over charges on shipping are promptly refunded to all our buyers. Many times the ebay calculator has overcharged. Please be sure to ask questions before purchasing to avoid any misunderstanding.
