we have a great collectors item. I am offering for auction this Budweiser Decanter Set, made by Caramarte, Brazil. The Decanter Set as you can see by the pictures is Blue with white background, like the Holland Delft. I purchased this set some time ago at an Estate sale. I have checked on the Budweiser site to find that this particular set was offered for sale in 1976 for the price of $245.00 and went on to state in 1985 it would have been worth over $ 500.00. I can tell you this set is in very good (like new) condition, was never used, ( for display purposes only.) The decanter is 13 1/2 inches high (includes the stopper), measures approximately 10 3/4 inches around and is 3 1/2 inches across the base. The stopper / cork is in new condition. The decanter has the Caramarte sticker on the bottom. The colors are very vibrant and as you can see the pictures clearly show each side of the decanter. T are six glasses in this set and each glass has a dutch girl on one side and a dutch boy on the other (shown in pictures). The glasses have no chips, cracks or crazing, they measure 3 1/4 inches high, are 1 3/4 inches across the mouth as well as the base. I have put an affordable reserve on this item.
