Beautiful antique Buffalo Pottery Deldare tea pot. The scenes are titled
Scenes of Village Life in Ye Olden Days , and show men and women in 18th C dress with appropriate Colonial backgrounds. The color and style are classic Deldare. Measures 9 inches handle-to-spout, 5-1/2 inches tall. Very Good overall condition. There are some minor scratches which do not detract from the piece. No chips, dings, cracks or repairs. Only some light crazing as is normal with this type of pottery. Buffalo Pottery backstamp on bottom Made at Ye Buffalo Pottery/ Deldare Ware/ Underglaze/ 1925 as shown in photo.
