Buffalo are great symbols of the American west. The buffalo skulls we sell are a brighter white than most you will find. This is a genuine bull buffalo skull from the Great Plains. The horn caps are genuine.
This skull has been expertly cleaned and chemically cured for a really white appearance.
The front nose plates are not split.
T is a bullet hole on the top of the skull that has been patched.
This cannot be seen from the front of the skull!
Many buffalo skulls sold on eBay would also have a bullet hole.
The buffalo skull in the photo is the one you are actually bidding on.
Measurements of the buffalo skull are:
21" horn tip to horn tip 8¾" between eye sockets at narrowest point 13¾" between back edges of eye sockets 20" from top of head to bottom of nose
