"Buffalo Soldiers" Stamp Print with Stamp by Mort Kunstler Signed and numbered (796/5000) in pen by the artist who designed the famous Buffalo Soldiers stamp, Mort Kunstler. Probably 1994 (see below).Print (visible through matt) measures approx 13 x 10 inches, the frame is about 21 x 14 inches.Condition is generally good with one or two light scrapes or smudges. Glass is missing but easily replaced - saves on shipping costs and potential damage this way!This may have been issued by the post office, but other than the (real) stamp, t is nothing that states it is put out by USPS.
