We stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be cheerfully corrected. If any item you receive is not exactly as described in the auction, then simply e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt and you may return it and we will promptly replace it, exchange it, or credit your original form of payment.

Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE : This item was in stock at the time the auction was submitted. On the rare occasion the auction ends and the item is no longer in stock, you can request a full refund or wait for the item to be restocked, at which point your item will be sent out to you immediately. If the item can not be obtained within a two week time period we will refund your payment and email you when the item is received at which time you will have the option of purchasing it at the same low price.

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but will also accept cashiers check or money orders. Payment is to be received within (10) days of end of auction.

Shipping

On most shipments, your items will be double boxed, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Shipping for this auction will be with either USPS or UPS. Most every order will ship out within 48-72 business hours (after payment has cleared, excluding holidays/weekends).

Insurance

If you do not add pay for insurance on any USPS shipment we are not responsible for loss or breakage. We pack all shipments well, but accidents do happen.

If you do insure please inspect all items within 24 hours of receipt. If you find damage, save the box and packing for the post office. They will need to inspect the damaged item, the box, sales invoice and a copy of the payment of postage/insurance. Email me asap and I will send you the copy of shipping payment for postage and insurance. Once you have all of these items you will file the claim and be paid by your post office. If you wish to replace the item I will sell you another one at the same price if I have it in inventory.

If an item is lost, we will do the filing . We will need you to sign the usps paperwork stating the item was not received. Then the post office will process the refund to you. If you would like to re-purchase the item and I still have inventory I will sell for the same price.
