[9] You are bidding on a very nice multi-story Building that is building two (the Kraft Mill building) of the Walthers Cornerstone Superior Paper Mill Complex sold as kit. The model measures 12 by 8 by 17. According to the Walthers website this kit is sold out and discontinued so now is your chance to get a unique industry on your pike. This kit is built, clean, and ready for your layout all windows are glazed. This item was recently acquired from the estate of a fabulous modeler and it simply exceeds my needs and era. He worked in many facets and regions of early to late steam, bringing his talents to bear. This building will look great on your layout. Paper mills are some of the busiest spot along the railroads that serve them. Tone of raw materials arrive in specialized cars including woodchip gons and pulpwood flats, allong with a variety of chemicals and slurries that are shipped in tank cars. Finished products are also shipped by rail, typically in special service box cars.The Superior Paper kit comes with two complete building to begin operations, which could also be used to model a variety of other industries. The other building in this kit is also up for auction so check my other listings and grab them both.
