The Bullet’s Flight by Franklin Mann ("The Father of Modern Ballistics") was originally published in 1909 and 1942. This work was considered by the NRA to be worthy enough to be reprinted as part of the Firearms Classics Library of the National Rifle Association in 1997. It is 384 pages long and covers ballistics in great mechanical and mathematical detail. It also references many specific calibers.This book is in like-new condition. It appears to have never been read.From the back cover of the book: "The book was printed and bound by Quebecor Printing Book Group. The binding is genuine pigskin, Himalaya grain, furnished by the Cromwell Leather Company. Endleaves are300-denier silk moiré. Edges are gilded and spines are brass-dye stamped in 22-karat gold.
