Burford Britt Face hand made UK Fuzz in very nice condition Germanium and Silicon Hybrid. Not just yet another Fuzz Face clone - this one has typical Fuzz Face sounds on tap, but also - to my ear - a good dollop of Tonebender thrown in. Very Brit ;) Versatile - wide tonal range, and also can go from gritty overdrive, to full-on fuzz Sparkly, but plenty of bottom end too, and good levels of output. Cleans up well with guitar vol knob, though with a slightly longer - more 'tapered' travel than a typical Fuzz Face (which can be a bit 'on .. oh ..off!' in that regard). True bypass, as you would expect. Can run off a standard 9v supply as well as battery. Item pictured is the item for sale. Lovely build quality. Heres the builders description and link/ ----------- After playing the majority of fuzz boxes from the late 60's up to modern day turn outs, I've never been completely satisfied with the fuzz sounds, particularly for live work, so, I decided to design my own using a hybrid circuit, with a negative earth.
