It is mounted to a table or counter & used to slice just about anything you want! We have included several pieces of literature.Instructions, Parts List, Trouble Shooting Guides -- etc. We also have spare blades, and a rotor shaft & screw. It is in good working condition but could use a little cleaning up. The condition of the literature varies from excellent to poor. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
