This early Flashlight is an advertising item from BURGESS BATTERY CO. As the pictures show, the flashlight looks like a Burgess battery. It has the Burgess company information on one side and the company products on the other. T is also a panel that show 3 different Burgess batteries. The last panel explains why the Burgess Co. made this special "battery holder" for their customers. The Flashlight is 6" long. I think it takes "C" batteries and it probably works, but I have not tested it. T is a light.
