This is a beautiful 50's style fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy and her same size friends. The hat is a burgundy-wine felt bandeau with a variegated velvet sparkle spray with rhinestone and faux pearl accents. Held in place with an elastic strap. The matching "Lucite " box bag has a gold strap handle with corsage. Very stylish. I make all my hats from vintage materials,some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 20 year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home. I do custom made to order hats as well, so if you have a special need, please contact me.
