This outstanding Toby Mug was made by the Burleigh China Co. of Staffordshire England. It is marked "Burleigh, Ironstone, Staffordshire England", it is Charles Dickens' "Tony Weller" character from the book "Pickwick Papers" and it is signed "C.T. Bailey". It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or chips. It measures about 5" tall by about 4" wide at the handle. This neat Toby Mug is in excellent condition!
