Today we have a great E.T. Bailey earthenware Winston Churchill Naval Mug / Toby Jug. Dated 1940. The bottom is stamped Burleigh Ware, Burgess & Leigh, Burlem England in green. Imprinted on the bottom is: "We shall defend every village every town and every city, Churchill Premier 1940." He stands about 5 1/2 inches tall. This is a beautiful handmade ceramic mug that is in excellent condition with no visible cracks or chips. Any questions, feel free to email me and I’ll do my best to answer.
