This is a very handsome and very large Butz-Choquin freehand. The pipe is 7-1/2 inches long. Bowl height is 2-1/2 inches from tip to tip and 2-3/4 inches across the top at its widest point and 2-inches at its narrowest. It weighs 87.6 grams. The stem shows minor tooth scratches top and bottom.

Nomenclature: On the left side of the shank is stamped Butz-Choquin (over) Marigny (over) Flamme. On the right side is stamped Fait Main (over) St. Claude, France.
