Welcome! We are pretty certain this is a Black Forest Clock case as it came from an estate with many other objects and furniture from that region. It is initialed and dated by hand on the back 1911, though it's a little hard to see. The workmanship and detail is beautiful! The cuckoo door is missing. This would be an amazing clock if it was refurbished! T are access doors on both sides as well as a window. T are also 2 srew holes on each side. The roof has an old split with a poor repair that I tried to get in a photo. T are a few nicks in the wood but nothing huge.
