For auction is an antique, Wavecrest or Wave Crest, opaque, white glass ferner, planter or fernier . The piece is not marked but I guarantee it to be a genuine, antique, Wavecrest piece. The planter is square and about 7 inches in both dimensions. It stands a bit over 3 1/4 inches tall. It has a circular, raised base that is a little under 1/4 inches raised. It is just over 6 inches in diameter. Each of the four sides of the piece are decorated with enamel floral designs that are quite delicate and understated. The design of the glass is classical and what I would call Art Nouveau with swirls and fan-shaped or shell shaped corner decorations. T is a brass rope collar on the top that is in very good condition and which has a nice old patina. Condition of the piece is very good with no defects. Shipping in the U.S. is $12.00 plus required insurance depending on the amount of the ending bid. Check out my other items !
