Fine W/C_ Howard Etter, Birminghan, Mi. after A. Wyeth Howard Etter - American painter, teacher, architectural delineator, and design consultant. Etter was an instructor at Lawrence Tech, Detroit/Southfield, Michigan. He had extensive experience teaching perspective for both architects and artists - and collaborated on a book entitled: Perspective for Painters : Learn how to create convincing illusions of form and space in landscape, still life, and figure subjects. This lovely watercolor is reminiscent of the interior scenes of Andrew Wyeth. Very realistic and detailed scene of windows hanging in a room of an abandoned home. The original label is still on the back of the painting: The Birmingham Gallery of Michigan. The painting is in excellent condition - well matted (stain on LR corner of matte) and under glass in a great wood frame that coordinates well with the rustic looking scene. Signed in LL corner. Size of artwork: 14" x 10" Size including frame 22.5"x 19" Price will not be reduced again. Please ask questions before you bid.
