This is a great cover for FDR (Franklin Delano Roosevelt) collectors (it is addressed to FDR), for Century of Progress collectors (Rice cachet), or for Zeppelin Collectors. XF faultless jumbo, lightly cancelled C18 franking a 5 th flight to the USA commemoration. Perfs are full/intact at top, image does not show clearly. Special Delivery (with Washington, D.C., special delivery receiving on the back, Oct 5, 1933. Cover is very clean, intact and opened with razor at top. For autograph collectors as it includes SIGNED letter on WHITE HOUSE (Presidential Seal Watermarked) parchment stationery from M. A. Le Hand, private secretary to FDR’s office, dated October 12, 1933. This stamp alone is worth the starting price.

In the unlikely event that the bidder is not satisfied or the item is misdescribed, the seller offers a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (excluding shipping and handling). Stamps described with faults are not returnable for any fault. Bidder must notify me prior to returning any lot! Lots of 10 or more items are NOT RETURNABLE, as per usual stamp auction rules, unless a wrong lot was sent. In order for me to continue to offer low cost items, bidder must pay the return postage and any insurance/handling necessary. All returned items must be received in the original shipped condition, and returns must be made within ONE week of delivery.
