Classic Victorian bound copy of Jane Austen's legendary English work ' Pride and Prejudice,' with NO RECORDS of this imprint found anywhere on Worldcat, making this a true one in a million! Bound in original publishers decorative gilt boards and spine, the gilt still quite visible to the spine and beveled boards. Externally, s ome minor edgewear, soiling and fading, however very well kept, as shown. Hinges shaken in front, strong in rear; first few pages loosened, EP detached. Unmarked lest for a few small stamps on front EP. Pages w/ some browning and toning; a few chips due to brittle nature of the acid paper used. 384pp; complete. Large 8vo.
