Recently found here in Maine. A C1909 stock certificate for the Gold Hammer Mines and Tunnel Co. which was incorporated in the state of Colorado. 1902 impressed company seal. . Cert. 207 issued to Elroy H. Davis for 500 shares of capital stock at $1.00 per share on Feb 16, 1909 . No cancellation on certificate. Measures 8" x 11" . Shows two folds. Some foxing and toning and slight soiling. Several small stains and ink marks on paper; also and very slight wrinkle of paper in places. The gold toned sledge hammer makes this certificate somewhat unique. In a frame this would be quite presentable. Fully guaranteed as described. Maine buyer pays 5% tax. No out of the country sale
