Here for offer here we have a beautiful late Georgian mahogany library bureau bookcase dating to the early 19th century. This fine example has an angular cornice with blind fret carved frieze above astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves on a bureau base with fall down front enclosing numerous drawers and pigeon holes over long graduating drawers being raised on bracket feet. Each drawer is oak lined and comes with its original swan neck drop handles. The bureau bookcase is in good working order and comes ready for use in the home If you have any questions then please give us a call on . Viewing is available by appointment. This item is solid and usable but is also old so is not ‘as new’ but is offered in very good condition for its age as you can see from the photographs.
