Summer has come! In summer, Matsuri festivals are held at many shrines in all over
Japan, like famous Gion Matsuri in Kyoto and Tenjin Matsuri in Osaka.
Many Japanese people enjoy Matsuri with family, friends or lover mainly in the evening.
Yukata, simple summer kimono are wore in such occasion, especially by young females.
It is one of representative Japanese summer things.
*Japanese archaism for July- Fumizuki
*Representative flowers in June in Japan- Morning glory Description: Introduction: Kogai is a transformational kanzashi type for binded hair. Thease are old one piecetype.
Design: Flowers, leaves, and birds etc. are beautifully depicted. Splendid craftmanship!
Material: Lacquer ware
Age: Late Edo or Meiji
Length: 5 3/4" - 6 1/2" Condition: 1)2)-Good for its age.

3)"EMS"(International Express Mail Service, arrival around 5 days with insurance and tracking)
4)"BOAT" (arrival 40-90 days after shipment, with insurance)

After its arrival at the destinated air port, SAL parcel is transported on surface, tfore it takes rather long
time to reach buyers in broad countries like USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, etc..
T are countries w SAL is not available, like Taiwan. If it is ambiguous for the buyer, please do not
pay before my sending invoice.
2)Insurance
Although the compensation of the insurance by EMS or BOAT is limited, I will cover all with additional
insurance charge at my cost if the purchasing amount exceeds it.
In case of the shipping way without insurance, I can not regrettably take
any responsibility for rare lost or breakage during transportation.
I recommend buyers to upgrade SAL or AIR MAIL to Registered(shipping record &
compensation up to US$50), with additional charge, US$3.5.
3)Holiday
I can not basically ship the item on Saturday and Sunday(Local time).
Payment: PayPal
IPMO(International Postal Money Order issued in USA)
I can not accept Bank Money Order due to extremely expensive handling charge. Policy: Unless the buyer contacts with me over 1week after the end of auction, I will cancel the
deal and contact with the bidder in the second place.
I would like the buyer to fulfill the payment by PayPal within 1 week after the end of auction,
that of IPMO within 2 weeks. Upon confirmation of the buyer's payment to me, I will send
the item in due course.
