c70s Fenton White Milk Glass Two Tier Hobnail Server 3709 Tidbit This item is pictured on p59 of "The Big Book Of Fenton Milk Glass 1940-1985",by John Walk.It is Fenton's item no 3709,a white milk glass two tier server made between 1970-79.The bottom tier is 12"diameter with a 2 3/4"high rim.The tri-sectioned upper tier is about 7 1/4" wide.The piece is in like new condition,no chips,cracks or staining.Aside from a couple pin tip size spots where it looks like the chrome didn't take, the handle is in shiney like new condition.One has to really examine the handle to find them.It is a sturdy piece weighing about five pounds.A wonderful center piece.A word of caution.Don't put it in the dishwasher as the handle will come out ruined as I found out with another piece.. Payment is expected within ten days of sale,unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is stated as within forty-eight hours,but I usually ship within twenty-four business day hours.Insurance is included in the shipping charge.
