This is a ca1895-98 PICKARD Hand Painted 6 pc Dresser Set Trays Jars Artist Signed M.Hille. It has the ca1895-1898 back mark on the bottom of all pieces. The two trays are signed by the artist, M.Hille. It includes a 11-3/8" x 8-1/4" dresser tray, a 5-1/2" x 3-1/4" pin tray, a covered jar 4-1/4" wide at the top rim of the covered jar bottom and 3-1/4" high to the top of the handle on the lid, and a hair receiver 4-1/4" wide at the top rim of the jar bottom and 2-3/8" high to the top of the receiver. The paintings are beautiful and the colors are still vibrant. All pieces have brushed gold trim. There are only a few tiny spots of gold wear on the dresser tray, but mostly it is in great condition. The only other flaw I could find was a random paint blotch on the lid of the jar (picture 11). Otherwise all pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or wear in the paintings.
