Up for auction is this Cast Iron 1885 MECHANICAL BANK Black Man in Cabin. Put the coin on the slot on the roof, trip the broom handle and he flips back into his cabin as the coin shoots into the bank This circa 1885 cast iron mechanical bank is in very good working condition, marked on the bottom: "Pat'd June 20 // 1885". Painted green, red and black, do not no much about mechanical banks as i collect still banks but am told these are the rearer colors the 3" man has red pants, blue shirt and yellow suspenders. The charm of this very old toy far outweighs general paint wear, there seems to be a good repair to roof and the coin cap has a hole why not sure and have fun please look at other items i am selling on e bay will combine shipping as always i start my auctions at one dollar and you the bidder descide its worth
