Vin Saxon is the name given to the collaborative literary efforts of two truly interesting men writing and creating in the second half of the 20 th century: Ron Haydock and Jim Harmon. Ron Haydock (1940-77) was a multi-talented actor, screenwriter, novelist, and musician (most notably fronting Ron Haydock & the Boppers) who is perhaps best-known these days for recent re-issues of his rockabilly hits on cult/indie label, Norton Records. Jim Harmon (1933-2010) wrote short stories and novellas across genres whose work has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in recent years. Haydock and Harmon combined their creative talents to co-write as Vin Saxon, turning out some of the strangest and greatest early exploitation novels, including the paperback up for auction here, Caged Lust . Oh, and HAVE YOU SEEN THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS?!?!? Title: CAGED LUST (also published as 'Ape Rape') Publisher: Rapture Books (#201) 1967 This is quite possibly the best-looking copy IN EXISTANCE! This book was printed half-a-century ago and is still insanely good condition. Just look at it… The pictures really don't do it justice, it’s a thing of beauty and really pops when you look at it.
