You are welcome to bid on this superb pair of matching 1963 CALIFORNIA BLACK LICENCE PLATES. These plates are NOS never used and mint condition. This is about as good as it gets. Have always been kept stored away in their original envelope. The original envelope is torn along its upper edges as shown. Also comes with the original registration card from 1963. Owners name on the card is blocked out in the photos for privacy. Beautiful plates! Ready to add to a great car or collection. Offered at a low start with no reserve.
