This auction is for a California and bathing beauty Salt and Pepper Shaker set by Parkcraft. It is unmarked. This set was added to the collection in August 1952 and came from Davenport, Iowa. Excellent condition with some crazing on beauty; no chips; some tiny glaze fleabites (w glaze did not take) on bathing beauty's head. This is part of a large and comprehensive collection of over 600 salt and pepper shaker sets assembled between the mid 1940's and the early 1960's by a very dedicated collector. Each set comes with her hand-typed index card indicating w and when the set was added to the collection. Given the size of this collection, we'll be selling it for many weeks. If t are any particular sets or subjects you are interested in from that period, please let us know - t's a pretty good chance we have it and we'll be happy to put it up immediately. We have done our best to describe each item as thoroughly as possible, noting any problems that we see. It is always possible we've missed something, however, so please let us know if you are unhappy in any way, and we'll do our best to rectify the situation. As always we are happy to combine shipping, and will add insurance if you request it. We try to ship as quickly as possible but given the how large this collection is, it may take a couple of days to get your items shipped.
