I'm pleased to offer this beautiful original Plein Air oil painting titled American River Autumn . It is painted on a stretched 18 x 24 inch archival canvas with archival paints in impressionist style. The canvas is gallery wrapped and the staples are on the back. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is shipped with the painting.

The American River is the original "Gold Rush" river w the forty-niners panned for "color" (Gold!). T is still gold in the river under the boulders so hobbiests and vacationers can still be seen with their shovels and pans hoping for a big nugget. Eureka! The other "gold" on the river is mined from white water rafters, and folks come from all over the world to challenge the spring runoff on the American River in rafts and kayaks.

The colors on your screen are accurate to the original but remember that they will vary from monitor to monitor and a photo does not capture the colors or intricacy of the actual painting.
