Here is a 1915 Polk Husted's Directory for Oakland, Berkeley and Alameda in very good condition. It has that nice side page advertising printing for the Poodle Dog Restaurant(See Photo) and White Star Laundry as well as one for an Undertaker on the other exposed faces of the books pages. A nice red cover which has advertising for the Theo Gier Wine company, The Firemans Fund and Otis Elevators among others. It has 1393 pages with vintage advertising inside. If you have any questions, I will respond quickly for you. Winning bidder will pay for the actual cost of shipping weight to your location, no more no less and no package/handling fees. I'll be adding the weight of the book to this listing later today, so you can determine cost of shipping to your location. So I just came from the post office and the book with a thin box around it weighs 4pounds 6 ounces. It can be mailed media mail for a lot cheaper but then it can take 7-10 days to receive it.
