Up for auction is a beautiful set of CallawayX Forged Irons (2-P), along with (3) Wedges, and a matching Callaway Stand Bag. Add your own woods and putter into the mix, and you have a complete set. I’m a bit of a golf junkie, and spare no expense to have all the toys. My personal golf “pro-shop” is busting at the seams, and I am forced to reduce my inventory by selling some of my golf equipment. I’m extremely picky with all of my equipment. None of it is “off the shelf”. All of my equipment has been custom built by the factory, including these irons. Irons : This auction includes an almost new set of Callaway X-Forged Irons, 2 Iron through Pitching Wedge (2-P). This is a 2009 set that has NEVER been taken to the course and have never played a round of golf! I did take some swings on the range with some of them, and some of the irons have never been hit at all. This set was custom made at Callaway Golf in Carlsbad, CA after a fitting at the Callaway Performance Center. The irons are 1” over standard length with standard lies and lofts. Although the irons have Project X 5.5 shaft labels, the irons were built a tad firmer to a 5.8 flex. I have brand new Golf Pride Mid-Size Decade Grips in White/Black color.
