1 rare Camillus BK & T model BK-7 Combat Utility knife withsheath available. This is the Camillus-made BK7 Combat Utility Knife . This knife comes with its original box. This Becker knife was manufacturedby CAMILLUS . Camillus Cutlery went bankrupt in 2007, so the Becker Knife & Tool Combat Utility knife will not be made again by Camillus making it an important addition to any collection. Ka-bar is now making 5 of the original 10 Camillus Becker patterns--including the BK7. However, Camillus-made BK&T Combat Utility knives like this one found on eBay are it unless you can find a retail store somew that still has one. This Camillus would make a fine combat, survival or collection knife.Condition:This fine Camillus combat knife was previously owned, but is in almost new condition. The only things separating this knife from being described as new/mint are a couple of tiny, really unmentionable blade nicks and some minor cosmetic finish scratches. ** I have more rare, Camillus-made BK & T knives currently listed. ** is the description of the Camillus BK & T BK-7 Combat Utility Knife from Camillus Knives: Becker Knife and Tool: BK&T combat and survival knives. Becker Knife and Tool offers a variety of sturdy, full tang construction fixed blade knives for use in the field, hunting, camping, combat, etc. Models include, Brute, Campanion, TacTool, Patrol Machete, Utility and Bowie. BK& T knives has been at the forefront of hard use survival knives and tools since 1980. Chief designer and founder Ethan Becker, an avid outdoorsman since his youth, spent 25 years searching for the ideal "big knife" design. His latest Becker Knife and Tool designs use, 0170-6 high carbon tool steel which has been specially selected to give the Becker Knife and Tool line clear superiority in the edge-holding and toughness departments among its chief competitors. The ergonomic, trademark handle scales of the BK& T knives are molded of Swiss GV6H, a 60% glass filled thermoplastic polymer alloy for the ultimate in strength and durability. Kydex and/or ballistic cloth nylon (with Kydex inserts) multi-carry sheath systems and a rugged epoxy blade finish are standard equipment for all models in the Becker Knife and Tool line. The Becker Combat Utility Knife that features a 7" clip point bowie blade made of high carbon 0170-6C steel, .188" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this Becker knife has a notched thumb ramp and a non reflective matte black epoxy powder coat. The Becker Combat Utility Knife has full tang construction, with ergonomic molded GV6H (glass filled nylon) handle scales, integral inline hammering pommel and a lanyard hole. A sheath with Kydex liner is included with this Becker knife. The Becker Combat Utility Knife has an overall length of 12 3/4". I have built my reputation on customer service and honesty.
