We found this knife in a pair of Airmen Anti-G Garments that we acquired from the U.S. Military. It is in excellent cosmetic condition as pictured with the exception of the owners initials engraved on the hook blade. Features and specs: High carbon stainless steel blade Hi-Visibility Orange Delrin® handles 4 1/4" length closed (7-3/8" open) 2-3/4" main blade, locking The hook and snap blade knife (MC-1) is used in emergency survival conditions. The MC-1 consists of a hook blade on one end and a snap blade on the other end. The snap blade is actuated by a release button and held in place with a slide lock. The MC-1 hook and snap blade knife is intended for use as a hook blade for quick cutting of parachute suspension lines.
