This is a super United States Army Commemorative Bayonet Knife, produced by longtime cutlery manufacturer Camillus, out of Camillus, N.Y. This U.S. Army 1941-1991 Commemorative Sheath Knife is 11 1/2" overall with a 6 3/4" blade. This U.S. Navy Sheath Knife is mint and complete with the original issue Genuine Leather Sheath as well. We just acquired this knife in a big group of mint Military Commemorative knives and it listed for $169.95 when issued in 1991, so what's it worth today? Please see the Supersize Photos. This knife is an upgraded U.S. Army Sheath Knife pattern as it has the Polished Leather handle and Brass Pommel and Guard; (the regular issue models have the standard satin leather handles and plain black pommel and guard); notice the Leather Handle. They have finished it so that is has a good antiquish look to it, as it has a good rich varnished finish.
