For sale is a campagnolo fork thread chaser. I think I am having to invented the name. I can't find a part number or description in the catalog. So this is the tool you thread on to the fork steer tube you are about to shorten. After you cut the fork you can file the fork's steer tube and chase the threads with this nifty tool. The thread type has been filed off accidentally by previous owners. I tried it on a Italian threaded Legnano fork and it work fine, so it could be italian or english thread type. The tool works on 1 inch forks. I can send you more photographs if you would like. Please send me your email address as ebay doesn't like responses with attachments.
