Canal Street Cutlery Rams Horn Cannitler Knife Only 25 Made For Second Annual Founder's Day Red Hill Cutlery Exclusive After the close of Imperial Schrade Corp., Joe Hufnagel and the writer decided to make the finest pocket and hunting knives in the world. They have the advantage of a very skilled group of master cutlers who have demonstrated the ability to make true custom hand made knives.This Brand of knives have only been in business for a small amount of time but they have taken the cutlery world by storm. Made in the USA. You are bidding on the Rams Horn Cannitler Knife. Knives also have "CS" gold Shield. Blade(s) are D2 Steel and are full polished. The Cannitler is an old styled knife pattern that combines the pattern and shape of a Canoe Knife with the three blades and splitback of a Splitback Whittler Knife. An anitque design that is truly a peice of American cutlery History. October 20,2007 marked Canal Streets Second Annual Founders Day Show and this was the official knife of the show. This Exterior Rams Horn Cannitler has Founders Day October 20, 2007 on the main blade and is seriela numbered 1-25. The knofe also has Joe Hufnagel and Wally Gardeners initials etched onto the the bolsters. Before Joe and Wally left the show we had them sign the back of the box.
