The Original Snow Village building #55045, Candlerock Lighthouse Restaurant, was released in December 2000 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Department 56. It is in excellent condition - it includes the original cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam packaging materials. It is a numbered building, #3599 of 30,000 made. Please note that it is missing the power cord, which can be purchased online for about $8 (part #53039). All Bratton Snow Village eBay store items have been thoroughly inspected for quality, flaws and functionality, and discrepancies are noted in the merchandise description. Unless otherwise noted in the merchandise description, the items are in excellent condition, with original sleeves and Styrofoam. Each piece is individually hand painted; therefore, no two pieces are exactly alike. Due to this, and due to the age of some of the pieces, there may be some visible blemishes, the "snow" may be cracked or bubbled, or there may be some yellowing on the non-glazed portion of the piece (usually on the bottom).
