These are GREAT for mousse or pudding deserts also! Take the Cinderella Castle and make it as a chocolate (white colored) mold and then make your pudding and fill it! YUMMY!-See RECIPES below!

NOTE: These chocolate molds are only for use with low heat ingredients. They will melt if you put hard candy in them. These clear plastic molds will tolerate heat up to 150 degrees. Use only Melting Chocolate (other names Candy Coatings, Confectioner's Coatings, Candy Melts). The molds are NOT dishwasher safe and they are NON RETURNABLE.

MOUSSE RECIPES:

Vanilla Mousse Instructions Beat 1-1/2 cups cream until light and beat in gradually 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons corn syrup, 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla and Few grains salt. Put in refrigerator pan and freeze. Ingredients for Strawberry Mousse 1 quart thin cream 1 box strawberries 1 cup sugar ¼ box gelatine (scant) or 1¼ tablespoons granulated gelatine 2 tablespoons cold water 3 tablespoons hot water Instructions Wash and hull berries, sprinkle with sugar, and let stand one hour; mash, and rub through a fine sieve; add gelatine soaked in cold and dissolved in boiling water. Set in pan of ice-water and stir until it begins to thicken; then fold in whip from cream, put in mould, cover, pack in salt and ice, and let stand four hours. Raspberries may be used in place of strawberries.

Chantilly Mousse Instructions Beat 1/2 pint cream until stiff and gradually beat in 1/4 cup powdered sugar, Few grains salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla or 5 drops essence of violet. Fold in 1 cup meringues or kisses broken in pieces. Put in refrigerator pan or in paper cases, garnish if desired with Candied violets and bits of angelica and leave in chilling unit three hours or longer.
