We are offering 5 new and unused French Patisserie cannelle cake molds made of solid copper with a tin lining. They are used for the Petite Canele de Bordeaux French cakes. The opening diameter measures approximately 2.2 in/5.5cm with the height approximately the same. We are unsure of the maker ( Mauviel? ) however can see they are substantial and well-constructed with a good weight at approximately 2.9 ounces each. The copper appears solid and the lining is likely tin, which both appear to be of superior quality. Please zoom at the pictures for a better understanding of the overall condition.
