This lens is left over from my Leica days. Days in which I tried to love a Leica but which for me always led to disappointment. I'm sorry but I just don't buy into the Leica myth as I never realized an end result that supported the cost of the equipment. One had to always be extra cautious with these cameras as one ding reduced the value of camera by leaps and bounds. I like good looking equipment as much as anyone but I don't want to be a fanatic about itI just want to use it and not have to worry about being so careful with it. This is one of the few lenses that I bought for my M3-M2 use that didn't break the bank but still delivered a great result. Since I finally made the move to ULF, I hardly use any kind of 35mm cameras anymore let alone any Leica stuff so the reason for listing this lens. Condition wise this lens looks beautiful with maybe a wisp of a cleaning mark if you look really close. I know that my images show a little dust on the elements but I have since cleaned that off. NO haze-no separation comes with aftermarket caps that fit excellent. I will also include a Leica M series adapter (not pictured) so that you can use this lens on your M series camera. Adapter is well worn but still fully functional just one of those items that you can't sell because it is not in mint condition. Free Shipping in USA. Thanks for looking
